Protea delivers special steel structures for: chemicals and refining industry (pipe racks, supporting structures), offshore crane, gantry crane, overhead crane, shipbuilding industry (hull sections and blocks), civil engineering (including bridge sections), oil and gas.
Protea specializes in delivery the following land equipment: overhead crane, cargo / grab cranes, gantry crane, pillar and wall slewing cranes, offshore crane, suspended (under slung) systems, gantry cranes and overhead travelling and other lifting equipment.
Inspectors employed or permanently cooperating with Protea perform specific supervisions and inspections in the areas of: surface protection, instrumentation/electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, NDT, structures and welding, hydraulics.
There are electric-hydraulic drive installed in these cranes and the cranes are adapted to work in the explosion zone.
To minimize the weight of this kind of Cranes our employees have applied very advanced calculative methods.
We deliver suspension transport systems consisting of lower lifting capacity cranes up to 2000 kg together with rails fitted under the hall roof.
Protea delivers mainly offshore and marine equipment: overhead crane, BOP cranes, gantry crane, winches, trolleys, deck cranes, offshore crane.
There are two winches - each with lifting capacity of 275T in our BOP Cranes.
The BOP Cranes contains hydraulic drive and the are adapted to work in the potential explosion zone.
